Daniel Lafrentz Sales Director, Legal Solutions

Daniel Lafrentz assists legal departments and law firms across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH countries) in adopting technology, processes, and services that improve efficiency, defensibility, and cost control in investigations and legal operations. He focuses on optimizing discovery, analytics, and legal technology to improve matter management across jurisdictions and case types. 

Daniel brings nearly 20 years of experience in corporate sales and marketing, including more than six years focused on the German legal market, to his role at Epiq. He is passionate about the role that technology and innovations such as AI play in improving processes and workflows. This includes compliance, regulatory, and internal investigations for corporate legal departments and law firms in the DACH region.  

Prior to joining Epiq, Daniel led go-to-market initiatives for the Legal Transformation Consulting practice at PwC Germany, having previously directed enterprise sales in Germany for legal technology provider Bryter, and helped build Axiom’s German business. 

Daniel holds a degree in business administration from the University of Marburg and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
