Sophie Frodsham

Sophie Frodsham is a Director on the Corporate Restructuring team, and brings over 17 years of restructuring experience with clients across various industries.  Sophie manages all aspects of Chapter 11 bankruptcy case administration, including preparation of the creditor matrix, Schedules of Assets and Liabilities and Statements of Financial Affairs, claims reconciliation and analysis, balloting and solicitation, disbursements, and customized reporting. She undertakes the process for single debtors to complex multiple debtor cases. Her recent matters include Tupperware Brands Corporation, 2U, Inc and HDC Holdings II, LLC.

Prior to Epiq, Sophy was at Ernst & Young where she served as Senior Manager of Restructuring Advisory Services. Her experience extended to formal and informal restructuring engagements including trading business operations and investigating the affairs of distressed entities across industries ranging from technology and healthcare to energy/resources and government and public sectors.

Sophie holds a Bachelor of Commence degree in Accounting and Corporate & Resource Administration from Curtin University of Technology (Perth, Australia).
